What do I do if I don’t like the item I ordered when it arrives?
We hope you love your skribbies as much as we do but if for any reason you do not you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund (terms and conditions apply). Simply contact us at email@example.com for more detailed information on our returns process. Please read our terms and conditions for more detailed information on refunds. During the cancellation period you have a duty of care for the product, which includes it being sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or sealed in good quality transport packaging in order to avoid any damage during the transport back to our warehouse. You are responsible for the item whilst it is in transit back to us and we advise you used a signed for/traceable delivery method to send the product/s back to us. We cannot accept the return of items that have been used, worn or damaged in any way. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition. Skribbies Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re-saleable or has been damaged in transit or lost.
What do I do if the product is damaged when it arrives?
Please open and check your order as soon as you receive it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form and thus accepting the delivery. Damage is rare but can very occasionally happen in transit. If an item is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damage if possible. Our customer service team will assess the damage claim and organise collection, refund or replacement if the claim is approved.
If I change my mind can I cancel my order?
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have fourteen days starting from the day after receipt to notify us of your intention to cancel the contract with us (i.e. if you wish to return the goods that you ordered from us). A working day means Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for your goods, however we cannot refund delivery charges once your order has dispatched. Please note return postage charges will be not be reimbursed and you are still responsible for the products as they are in transit. Please use a reputable and traceable courier service to send back any unwanted goods. Please retain proof of postage.
How long will my refund take?
Once we have received the item in our warehouse and inspected it we will process the refund immediately. You should expect to see the credit in your account within ten working days. Please read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
Can I refund in a store stocking skribbies?
Items purchased online CANNOT be refunded or exchanged in stores. Please email us on email@example.com for return address and instructions.
